The 1-year DJI Care plan for Phantom 3 Pro covers damage to your aircraft, gimbal, or camera sustained during normal use. During DJI Care’s period of validity, if accidental damage occurs during normal use, repair fees and related costs will be covered by DJI.
Note: Must be purchased with new aircraft. Customer information will be relayed to DJI for automatic activation.
- High-Coverage Amounts
- With DJI Care, you will receive a coverage amount equal to the market price of your aircraft for repair service during the validity period.
- Unlimited Repairs
- There is no limit to the number of times your aircraft can be repaired, provided the coverage amount is not exceeded.
- No Deductibles
- There are no deductibles for DJI Care. Your aircraft will always be repaired for free as long as repair costs and aircraft conditions satisfy DJI Care coverage requirements.
- Shipping Covered by DJI Care
- If you are in the region in which you purchased your aircraft, shipping costs will be covered by DJI and will not affect your DJI Care coverage.
